TavsWebs Bot (bot.tavswebs.com) processes data to provide AI chat and lead services for businesses.

Controller

The service is provided by TavsWebs. Contact us via your bot.tavswebs.com account or tavswebs.com.

What we process

Account data (name, email), workspace content, chat transcripts, leads (name, phone, email), billing status from Stripe, and technical logs (IP, timestamps).

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Checkout / Customer Portal. We never receive or store card numbers (PCI). Stripe is the controller for card data.

Retention and rights

You can export and delete data in the dashboard. You may request access, correction, or erasure. Complaints: your local data protection authority (in Latvia: dvi.gov.lv).

Cookies

Essential only: session (sign-in) and language (NEXT_LOCALE). We do not use advertising trackers.
