It is a one-time payment for us to set up the chatbot for you — crawl your site, build the knowledge base, configure the widget and lead capture, and help you go live. It is not a monthly charge.
02Do I still pay monthly?+
Yes. After setup you choose a monthly plan (Starter, Business, or Pro) based on how many conversations you need. The monthly fee covers hosting, AI replies, and your dashboard.
03Can I skip the setup fee?+
Yes. The Free plan is self-serve: create an account, add your site, and install the widget yourself — no €290 fee. Paid setup is for businesses that want it done for them.
04Do I need to code?+
No. With paid setup we guide the install. DIY only needs pasting one script snippet into your website.
05How fast does it go live?+
DIY: often within minutes after indexing. With done-for-you setup: typically within a few business days after we have your website and details.
06Does the bot invent answers?+
No. It answers from your website and the knowledge you provide. If it is unsure, it can ask for contact details and hand off to you.
07Where do leads go?+
Your TavsWebs Bot dashboard — name, contact details, and the chat transcript. You can also get email alerts on paid plans.
08Latvian and English?+
Yes. The product and assistant work in Latvian and English.
09Can I cancel the monthly plan?+
Yes, anytime from the dashboard. The one-time setup fee is non-recurring.
